Grease Power 750 is a manual grease supply kit, composed by a spring – loaded pump combined with a special control gun, dispensing the grease in pressure degrees up to 750 bar. This system can be used in 3 different ways, offering the following results: Delivery of 0.3 g of grease per squeeze with up to 750 bar pressure when the switch of the control gun is on “high pressure” – position. Ideal for unblocking dirty or resinified grease nipple valves. Delivery of 1.1 g of grease per squeeze when switch of the control gun is on “high volume” – position. For normal grease supply operations. Keeping the lever of the control gun pushed and pressing simultaneously the pump rod down by foot, a continuous grease flow at low pressure can be created. This grease supply kit – thanks to its compactness and its independence from any pneumatic or electric supply – is the ideal, mobile equipment for any application in the fi eld of lubrication. Kit consisting of: – Metal 5 kg – pail with cover; – Manual, spring – loaded piston grease pump; – Follower plate; – 1.5 m – rubber hose, o 1/2” mm; – Control gun with selector lever and rigid outlet pipe with 4 – jaws – hydraulic coupler.
