Who we are

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry or quote request, we receive your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to give them, your company name and phone number, together with the product you asked about. We use these details only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on any resulting order. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

We do not use your details for marketing mailing lists, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Who processes your information

• Our own server stores the website and your enquiries.
• Microsoft 365 delivers the enquiry to our mailbox by email.
• Cloudflare protects and speeds up the website. It processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and any business relationship that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete them.

Cookies

This website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work: a security cookie that protects the enquiry forms, and sign-in cookies for our staff. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
